Its time to get outside and roast some corn on the cob! Happy National Corn on the Cob Day! What was your first time biting into a buttered corn on the cob like?

I recall a time when music was playing and I was outside shucking corn and collecting caterpillars in a little jar. My hands were sore, and I was parched. Someone handed me a cob impaled on a skewer and encouraged me to take a bite. The buttery, sweet, warm flavor was so rewarding, with a satisfying crunch! It was very refreshing after putting in the work to help prepare it!
