This year we hosted 2 groups of 6 youths in each group from our community to come and learn and work on our farm. Both groups did anything from weeding, planting, harvesting, and working in our pollinator garden. They were paid 5 hours a day and worked 20 hrs per week. They learned the importance of growing organic vegetables and giving back to our clients who come to our pantry.
